Return and Exchange
If you have an unopened product you wish to return, your satisfaction is our priority. To guarantee your contentment with Simply Nutrition products, kindly submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your items. Please contact our Customer Service experts at info@healutopias.com and have your order number prepared for a smooth return process.
Our 30-day stress-free return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction.
A full refund will be provided for any unopened item(s) returned within 30 days.
An exchange will be processed for your damaged item(s) upon return within 30 days.
Refrigerated items, including but not limited to probiotics, are non-refundable and ineligible for return.
Gift cards, coupons, promotions, free gifts, etc., are nonrefundable.
We accept returns only for items shipped within the United States.
Have you received damaged products?
Retain any damaged products, boxes, packaging, and contents received. Images of damages may be required for processing refund/exchange claims. Initiate a shipping claim by reaching out to our Customer Service experts.
Return and Exchange Guidelines:
Customers are kindly requested to contact HealUtopia LLC at info@healutopias.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to initiating any merchandise returns.
Customers are required to ship the returned merchandise within 30 days from the date of product receipt.
The customer is accountable for covering the return shipping expenses.
We will accept one opened container per product. Additional returned containers of the same product must remain unopened to be accepted.
Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
International orders are non-refundable and adhere to our policy.
Duties and taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable.
Exceptions to the conditions above may be approved at the discretion of HealUtopia LLC on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that products should not be returned to HealUtopia LLC after 60 days without prior contact. Any packages received without an RMA number after this period will not be eligible for a refund. Such packages will be disposed of and cannot be returned to the customer.
